The streaming service has introduced a new way to browse and play its content.
Users can now use the “playlist view” feature to quickly and easily view and download content, including movies, TV shows, TV series and more.
Netflix is offering the feature as part of a wider overhaul to the way the service delivers content to its users, following the launch of a dedicated app for its video-streaming service.
The new feature will also let users pause, rewind and rewind in any order they want.
Users who have subscribed to the Netflix app will be able to switch between the “list view”, which is a view of content available on Netflix, and the “search view”, where they can search for and watch content.
The feature is part of Netflix’s broader “Streaming in a Different Way” initiative, which aims to streamline the way content is accessed on the streaming service.
“Streaming is about more than just watching movies and TV shows,” Netflix said in a blog post on Tuesday.
“It’s about creating more connected, meaningful experiences that help people share more, be connected, and stay connected.”
Netflix has been working with a number of tech companies, including Amazon, to help develop the new “Stream in a New Way” feature.
“We’re always experimenting with new and exciting ways to connect people with the content they love,” Netflix CEO Reed Hastings wrote.
“Now, we’re bringing that experience to the TV, where people can watch their favorite shows and films from a variety of platforms, all with one simple tap.”
